The ME department understands that life happens and sometimes you need to take time away from school. We hope that you are comfortable speaking with us about any concerns you may have with continuing with your degree, so we can support you throughout the process and help you with a plan of action. No matter the reason for leaving or the length of time away, you are always welcome to return.
When you are ready to return, you will be required to submit the Readmission Application through the Admissions Office. This application is not the same as your original application when applying after high school, so please do not stress. As long as you submit all the required documents by the deadline for the semester that you plan to return, you will be readmitted to the major.
- You will return in the same status as when you left, so if you left on probation, you will still be on probation when you return.
